For this Bellevue home, the client wanted to refresh their floors while blending the original character of their property with modern upgrades.
The main level’s classic 2.25″ white oak hardwood floors had lost their luster over the years, while the upper floor and staircase lacked the
contemporary look they envisioned. Our goal was to create a seamless flow between traditional charm and modern elegance.

Work Process

On the main level, our expert team performed professional dustless sanding to minimize mess and protect the home environment.
The original white oak floors were carefully refinished with a premium Swedish oil-based finish, restoring their natural beauty,
deep color, and long-lasting durability.

For the upper floor and stairs, we installed wide-plank engineered hardwood in a sleek, modern style. The staircase was upgraded with
custom square-nose treads, designed for a clean, bold transition that complements the open layout of the home. To complete this stunning
transformation, we fabricated and installed custom metal railings, finished in crisp white to enhance both safety and aesthetics.
